Oyster Experience

Why not add a special treat along your tour by adding freshly shucked oysters. Galway bay oysters are a real delicacy and are world famous especially from the connemara coastline with its pristine waters which really adds to the flavour, it really pairs well with a pint of the black stuff, the famous guinness of course, a good quality irish whiskey or a glass of vino to Wash them down while taking in all the views.

Wine and dine picnic experience

Why not add an island picnic to your landing tour, set up on a secluded beach, freshly cooked lobsters paired with a good white wine whats not to love, there is also fresh bread, salads and all the picnic wear set Up on the beach for you so all you have to do is relax and unwind while taking in all the breathtaking views. (Charcutterie, vegan, veggie and kids options available to add to picnics on request) if lobster is not available on the day fresh connemara crab will be substituted instead.

Fishermans cottage cooking experience

Stop off at one of the coastal inlets along the tour and pull up to the Fishermans cottage feasting on some of the delicacies of the connemara coastline paired with some drinks while relaxing and taking in the views before we continue on our tour.

This was a wonderful day out and Damien was the perfect host. The trip around the bay and the commentary by Damien was very entertaining. We had stopover on the beach at Inishlacken where we had the most delightful lobster lunch prepared by himself made for a most wonderful day out.

Wow, what an incredible day! Damien was the most perfect host and tour guide. What a beautiful picnic on the beach with cold white wine, fresh lobster and even wild flowers on the picnic table. We were a family of six adults and a baby and it’s been one of our favourite experiences together. Would highly recommend.

Damien was brilliant! The tour was great, he is so knowledgeable about the area, pointed out loads of great walking trails and gave us some history of the island! We had a great time, we did it last summer so this was our second time with him and it definitely won’t be our last!

Had a great local experience with Damian. He showed the Roundstone water perspective culminating in a visit to an island with the best beach we have seen Europe. The day was great so we even had a chilly dip. The local lobsters are a sight behold too.

Outstanding time with Damien. This was by far the best part of Roundstone! The island walkabout was exciting, as was the boat ride and Damien's knowledge of the area. The kids enjoyed pulling up some lobster pots, and he had some fishing kit for the kids. They managed to catch a small mackerel which Damien gutted for them. He even let them take turns driving the boat for a bit. We enjoyed our time with him, he was great craic!

Afternoon in paradise. Damien was a very friendly and flexible guide. Our 2 boys loved seeing the giant starfish and crab that had been caught. We were very blessed with the weather, the beach on Inishlackan Island looked like the Caribbean. Would recommend this tour.

Great experience with Damien. From the first phonecall booking the trip to getting off the boat Damien was so professional and courteous. He also had all the knowledge of the area and our kids loved seeing the lobsters and how the boat operated. Simply a must if your in Roundstone.
